Fiona Shabani is a Kosovan mezzo-soprano and pianist known for her work with the Philharmonia of Kosovo. As part of the prestigious Siparantum Choir, she performs both choral and solo repertoire. Notably, on May 16, 2023, she sang the solo “Molitva (Prayer)” with Siparantum at the ReMusica Festival in Prishtina, held at the Catholic Church “St. Anthony” under conductor Memli Kelmendi.Her dual talents as a singer and pianist allow her to navigate a wide range of classical works, blending vocal expressiveness and keyboard nuance.Fiona is an active presence in Kosovo’s classical music scene, performing regularly with the Philharmonia of Kosovo and appearing at major festivals such as ReMusica and the Prishtina International Vocal Festival. She is known for her collaborations with conductor Memli Kelmendi and other noted musicians. Her performances span some of Kosovo’s most important venues, where she interprets both traditional and contemporary repertoire.
